How Do I Make A Return?
We understand that sometimes the fit doesn’t work for you. Here are some of our rules for returning or exchanging merchandise:
- Must be within 30 days of purchase
- Product has not been worn / used to work out or washed
- Tags are attached and product is in its original polybag
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return or exchange products. We suggest a shipping method with tracking to insure your product makes it back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
For the triathlon and cycling gear, there are no returns or exchanges on these as these are not stock items, so every garment is made to order.

How Long Do Returns & Exchanges Take?
We aim to turn these around as quickly as possible once we receive them. However, it can take up to 10 days after we receive
your return to process it. We will treat each return as quickly as we possibly can.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Of course! We are global! It costs a bit more but the goal is to get it to you as fast and efficiently as possible.
How About Expedited Shipping?
All standard U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. We do accept 2-Day and Overnight orders for a corresponding fee through UPS or FedEx. Please note that for expedited orders, UPS DOES NOT typically deliver on Saturdays. So a 2-day or overnight order placed on Friday won’t arrive until the next Monday or Tuesday. FedEx does deliver on Saturdays. Please email us at email@example.com if you need something super fast!

Do You Offer Gift Cards?
We do not have gift cards at the moment but we can definitely work with you if you have a special Mermaid in your life that you want to surprise. Just email us at email@example.com.
How Can I Join The Mermaid Club?
There is no membership fee to the club, we only ask that you share YOUR journey with us at The Mermaid Club to inspire and motivate other mermaids. You can purchase Mermaid Club gear to Show Your Fins!.
How Can I Become A Mermaid Club Ambassador?
Every October, we open up the application process for the following year’s ambassador program. Please follow us on social media for more information.
